Important Information For Bus Service Users

If your child has a full or part bus pass, you will have received the following communication from Vectare:

Further to the communication at the end of August, we would like to provide you with a digital wallet pass in order to allow pupils to use the bus service.

Could we please ask that this email is forwarded to your child.

Once your child has opened the digital pass, they will be able to select “Add Pass” in the top right hand corner, which will add it to their mobile phone wallet.

It is a requirement for all pupils to carry either a swipe card or to present the QR code on their mobile phone when using the service.

A £10.00 charge is levied for lost or broken cards, so having the QR code on your child's mobile phone will mean they can still board and disembark quickly and prevent any additional charges.

Adhoc users of the bus service should book in the usual way, in plenty of time before travel.

School Jumpers

With the cold weather setting in, just a reminder that school jumpers are available from the School Shop. The school jumper for girls is red in Years 7 and 8 and green for Years 9 to 11. The boys school jumper is black. Sixth Form students wear a plain dark coloured jumper.

Written permission from home is needed to add items to the school fee account. Cash, cheque or card payments are of course welcome.
