As we look forward to the start of the new academic year, I thought that you should be aware that there have been a few changes to some pupils' tutor groups. In the majority of cases, the main tutor and co-tutor will not have changed, but each year we do have some new teachers starting at the College so there will inevitably be a small number of changes (please note that where there are new tutors the pupils within each tutor group remain the same). You can check your child's tutor group, tutor and co-tutor by logging on to the ‘Teacher Contacts’ section of the Pupil Dashboard within our new parent portal, powered by My School Portal, from 1.00pm on Sunday 1 September. More information on the new portal and instructions on how to login for the first time was emailed to parents earlier this week.
I would like to encourage all parents to keep your child's tutor informed of any issues that may affect your child’s progress or engagement in school, as we are very keen to provide support. I would be grateful if you could include the name and tutor group of your child in the subject heading of any emails that you send to us.
We hope that you all have had a relaxing and enjoyable summer.
