For any pupils leaving the College who have purchased a device through the Digital Device Scheme, IT Services will need to remove the device from our management systems.

This process means that the device is unlinked from any Princethorpe accounts and can be used as a purely personal device or linked to another school’s management system, which will require the pupil to bring the device to IT Services; please contact IT services to arrange a suitable time. It will only take a few minutes to unlink the device, which also needs to be re-setup as a personal device in order to be used again.

This only applies to devices purchased through the Digital Device Scheme. It is not required for privately purchased devices.

The Bus Booking website is now open for new return and one way pass bookings for the 2023-24 academic year.

Those families wishing to book an annual bus pass will need to do so on the system by first setting up an account. Passes should be booked by mid July and are invoiced on a termly basis, starting with the Michaelmas Term fees. 

Those families wishing to book ad hoc individual tickets must also set up an account, ad hoc bookings will open from Tuesday 1 August and are paid for at the time of booking via a credit card or debit card.

Users will be emailed with a digital pass to add to their child’s mobile phone wallet just before term begins.

Parents may recall paying a deposit when their son or daughter first started at the College. We will write to the parents of pupils in the Upper Sixth regarding instructions for the return of deposits this term and return them in the summer holidays.

We will write to parents of Year 11 pupils who do not return to the Sixth Form in early September. Deposits will be returned at the end of September/beginning of October.
